Salary: $54,080 – $66,809 per year (based on $26.00–$32.12 hourly).

What you will do

• Provide expert consultation on business services, consumer lending, deposit servicing, and fiduciary accounts.
• Identify and address member financial needs through proactive sales and diagnostic service.
• Assist the community with financial wellness programs, budgeting, and debt management.
• Process and sign line and loan documents for inbound and outbound member requests.
• Rotate across multiple pod branches in the East District to support business needs.
• Complete a comprehensive 12-week in-house training program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• Ability to commute between pod branches and the Tukwila training center.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including Saturdays.
• Commitment to remain in the role and pod for a minimum of one year.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

Nice to have

• One year of experience in a financial institution.
• Spanish language fluency.
• Understanding of state and federal laws pertaining to deposit and loan products.
