What you will do

• Review mortgage loan applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and deliver loan disclosure packages to borrowers.
• Identify and highlight file deficiencies to loan officers and processors to prevent issues.
• Manage a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and reverse mortgage products.
• Coordinate with title companies and customers to facilitate timely loan closings.
• Provide general clerical and phone support to the lending team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Previous sales support experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.
