What you will do

• Deliver outstanding client experience by handling inbound calls, chats, and in-person interactions.
• Resolve client inquiries regarding account activity, teller transactions, and digital banking products.
• Educate new and existing clients on digital services such as Bill Pay, E-Statements, and mobile deposits.
• Recommend a full range of consumer products, including deposit accounts and loan products, to help clients meet financial goals.
• Participate in the 9-week Banking Navigator training program to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• Minimum 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of consumer financial products and retail banking or contact center operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional etiquette.
• Strong basic math skills and proficiency with PC applications (word processing and spreadsheets).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
