Implementation Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote within the USA; San Francisco, California or Salt Lake City, Utah

Salary: $84,000–$99,000 annual base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Configure customer environments, including engagement templates, user roles, and permissions.
• Execute data migrations by importing trial balances, control matrices, and mapped fields, then validate configurations.
• Translate documented customer requirements into system configurations under senior implementation guidance.
• Build and use AI-powered vibe coding agents to accelerate configuration and automate repetitive setup work.
• Perform quality assurance checks, support testing cycles, document issues, and coordinate fixes with Support, Product, and Engineering.
• Assist with go-live preparation, post-launch support, and customer calls alongside senior consultants.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or a similar role.
• Experience manipulating, transforming, and translating data between systems or formats.
• Strong organizational skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, and ownership of assigned workstreams.
• Comfort working with AI agents, spreadsheets, structured data, and business systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to document issues and ask clarifying questions.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing SaaS environment with multiple concurrent projects.
