What you will do

• Provide trusted banking advice and connect customers to relevant financial products.
• Process various banking transactions and efficiently open new retail accounts.
• Research and resolve customer problems to maintain positive relationships.
• Identify and execute referrals to commercial, insurance, and investment partners.
• Develop new banking relationships through personal networks and the community.
• Travel to assigned Banking Centers to fill staffing needs as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
• Minimum one year of banking platform experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel to assigned Banking Centers in the Shreveport market.
• Proficiency with required computer systems.
