What you will do

• Oversee and approve shareholder and DTC presentations for various stock transfer transaction types, including routine, inheritance, and gift transfers.
• Resolve and remediate escalations related to shareholders, clients, and system issues.
• Lead special projects within the unit to increase operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Assist with testing requirements resulting from system enhancement initiatives.
• Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) daily to ensure consistent service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work in Edgewood, NY (Hybrid)
• 2+ years of experience working in a corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• 3+ years of prior Transfer Agent or financial industry experience preferred.
• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to draft sympathetic responses.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
