What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end user growth initiatives for the platform, focusing on LatAM markets.
  • Develop scalable acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement strategies across fintech and platform ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to align growth priorities and execute the roadmap.
  • Organize and execute user growth campaigns, online/offline events, and ecosystem activations.
  • Own growth KPIs including CAC, ROI, activation, and retention using data-driven experimentation.
  • Explore strategic partnerships and platform collaborations to accelerate user growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in user growth, growth marketing, or product growth roles.
  • Strong experience in fintech, digital banking, crypto payments, or crypto cards.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling growth campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience in LatAM markets is highly preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to explore non-traditional growth opportunities.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of crypto/Web3 user behavior and payment ecosystems.
  • Experience in platform ecosystem growth or e-commerce growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with referral systems and community-driven acquisition.
