Location: Remote (United States, Canada)

Salary: $160,000–$220,000 per annum (OTE for US-based candidates)

What you will do

  • Reduce ramp time and increase speed-to-productivity for new sales hires across AE/SE onboarding.
  • Improve consistency and quality of discovery, positioning, and deal execution in sales.
  • Create scalable coaching, certification, and enablement programs to uplift rep performance.
  • Establish repeatable sales playbook frameworks to improve forecast accuracy and execution in enterprise deals.
  • Build strong feedback loops between sales, product, marketing, and customer success to enhance go-to-market execution.
  • Create a data-driven enablement function tied directly to revenue metrics like pipeline generation and quota attainment.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in sales, enablement, or revenue operations with 2–4 years in closing or technical sales roles (AE/SE preferred).
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or infrastructure companies at $10M–$100M ARR stage.
  • Proven ability to build scalable onboarding, enablement, and coaching programs for AE/SE teams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC and value selling.
  • Experience developing sales playbooks, discovery frameworks, and multi-stakeholder deal strategies.
  • Familiarity with revenue and enablement platforms like Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, and Seismic.
