What you will do

• Open retail products and services, ensuring accuracy in account documentation.
• Travel frequently between banking centers within the Houston market to support staffing needs.
• Mentor and train new employees on operational tasks and computer systems.
• Refer customers to commercial, insurance, and investment partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
• Minimum one year of combined frontline banking and platform experience.
• Strong working knowledge of retail products and legal entities (LLCs, corporations, trusts, etc.).
• Must be flexible and able to travel to assigned Banking Centers with or without notice.
• Proficiency in banking computer systems, audit, and security protocols.
