Client Relationship Associate (Wealth Management): Serving as the initial point of contact for retail customers by managing inbound call volume and supporting brokerage account servicing with an accent on financial compliance and client satisfaction. Location: Must be based in Boston, MA (Onsite, 5 days per week)
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage 30+ inbound retail client calls daily and handle associated service requests.
- Assist with account set-up, documentation, and basic financial transactions.
- Support financial advisors with scheduling and follow-up tasks.
- Prepare for and obtain required FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, 63, 65/66).
- Learn financial services basics and adhere to fiduciary standards.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Boston, MA.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/business or 1-3 years of relevant financial services experience.
- Commitment to obtaining FINRA licenses within specified timeframes.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively.
