Salary: $17.28 per hour plus monthly performance bonuses

What you will do

• Negotiate payment plans with customers to resolve 31–60 day past due accounts.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to secure payments and prevent loan losses.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate customers and collateral.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to department-wide delinquency reduction.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
• Understanding of collection laws, specifically the FDCPA.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in a collections environment.
• Prior experience in financial services or credit card collections.
