What you will do

• Define and execute a high-impact calendar of events, sponsorships, and activations to drive policy quotes and customer acquisition.
• Lead end-to-end physical activation management, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, and logistics.
• Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines across all physical assets and customer touchpoints.
• Develop measurement frameworks and KPIs (e.g., Cost Per Quote, Conversion Rate) to report tangible business ROI to executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to manage on-site lead capture and ensure a seamless conversion funnel.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Events Management, Brand Activation, and Experiential Marketing.
• Proven track record of executing high-ROI events and sponsorships across multiple ASEAN countries.
• Strong analytical skills to translate engagement metrics into lead volume and conversion rates.
• Ability to manage remote teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver quality results on time.
• High level of organization and ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong personal drive for hands-on planning and on-the-ground execution.
