TL;DR

Experience Manager (AI/Marketing): Organizing and scaling high-impact brand experiences and executive events for a leading AI data science platform with an accent on executive relationship deepening and pipeline acceleration. Focus on end-to-end production of flagship events, vertical executive boards, and internal GTM alignment programs.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

What you will do

• Create and execute unique Rev experiences in Philadelphia, NYC, and London to build Tier 1 pipeline and new connections.
• Produce exclusive executive experiences, including vertical boards, dinners, and intimate strategy sessions.
• Lead GTM Kickoff and Mid-Year Business Review events to enhance team cohesion and attract talent.
• Manage the corporate gifting and SWAG program to strengthen brand visibility and relationships.
• Support executive engagements in strategic accounts through EBRs, briefings, and Domino Days.
• Collaborate with Vertical Marketing on priority industry events such as AWS re:Invent and Gartner D&A.

Requirements

• 3+ years of end-to-end event production experience.
• Proven track record of producing executive-grade experiences.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and customer-facing teams on named accounts.
• Strong discipline in managing six-figure budgets and SOWs.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with event tech (Cvent, Splash) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Nice to have

• Experience organizing internal employee events such as all-hands or kickoffs.
• Experience working within an Enterprise B2B context, specifically in data or AI.
