Focus on coordinating joint marketing initiatives, managing end-to-end event logistics, and driving partner enablement across Europe, MEA, and LATAM.

Location: Hybrid role based in Geneva, London, or Paris.

What you will do

  • Manage and nurture strategic partner relationships across Europe, MEA, and LATAM.
  • Plan and execute external industry events and hirify.global-hosted gatherings.
  • Design and implement partnership programs, KPIs, and joint marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and regional teams to align partnership and event strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics, vendor relationships, and event budgets.
  • Coordinate with Product and Tech teams to maintain partner training and certification materials.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, events, or marketing within B2B fintech, SaaS, or infrastructure.
  • Mandatory experience in digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or financial technology.
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
