Growth Manager (Fintech)

Hybrid-first environment. Fully remote for eligible roles. Core hours 12:00-19:00 Manila time (UTC+8). Relocation support provided for those moving to the Philippines.

We are looking for a Growth Manager to own the scaling strategy for our deposits product in the Philippines.

Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building banking and credit products for Southeast Asia, currently scaling with over 1,000 employees and $300M+ in funding. We are led by experienced fintech veterans focused on building a real growth engine for our financial products.

What you will do

• Define and drive the end-to-end growth strategy for deposits, determining which experiments to test, scale, or discontinue.
• Manage the deposits acquisition budget and coordinate cross-functional efforts across marketing, product, design, and origination.
• Execute hands-on growth experiments, including managing paid channels, landing pages, and onboarding flows.
• Analyze key performance metrics such as CAC, activation, LTV, and retention to identify leverage points and design impactful experiments.
• Build and maintain a structured experiment tracking system to ensure learnings compound over time.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to deeply understand customer needs and trust drivers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth, performance, or product marketing.
• Fluent English.
• Proven track record of shipping experiments that successfully moved key metrics.
• Proficiency with product and marketing analytics tools (GA, AppsFlyer, Tableau) and ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience using AI tools for prototyping, analysis, and creative workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, or digital consumer services.
• Familiarity with the Philippine market.
