TL;DR

Customer Support Specialist (SaaS): Providing technical assistance and platform training to users of a member-management software with an accent on troubleshooting and client relationship management. Focus on resolving complex user issues, collaborating with product teams to address bugs, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Location: Must be based in Cebu, Philippines (Hybrid work arrangement).

What you will do

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients through responsive support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users.
  • Train clients on the effective use of the configurable platform.
  • Provide status reporting on support cases to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to report bugs and improve the platform.

Requirements

  • Must have eligibility to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a call-center environment.
  • Experience supporting software applications.
