Location: Must be based in Cebu, Philippines (Hybrid work arrangement).

What you will do
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients through responsive support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users.
- Train clients on the effective use of the configurable platform.
- Provide status reporting on support cases to clients.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to report bugs and improve the platform.
Requirements
- Must have eligibility to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong technical knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

- Prior experience in a call-center environment.
