What you will do
- Support inbound and outbound call campaigns to educate prospective and current members about healthcare products.
- Assist members with enrollment applications while ensuring full compliance with Medicare requirements.
- Build rapport with prospective members through active listening and empathy to identify needs and offer solutions.
- Evaluate current member coverage, identify gaps, and facilitate necessary plan changes.
- Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and quality productivity goals.
- Transition to supporting the Member Service Guide team for engagement and retention tasks from December 15 through March 31.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid/current state health insurance license or be able to obtain one before the start date.
- Must be based in the USA and available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Commitment to compliance, ethical conduct, and achieving performance goals.
- Ability to handle objections effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to have
- 3 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or teleservice.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
