What you will do

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit assessment for commercial relationships of $2,500,000 and greater.
• Perform loan reviews, cash flow analysis, and collateral valuations for commercial borrowers.
• Mentor and develop Credit Analysts and relationship managers on underwriting processes.
• Manage departmental workflow and assist the Loan Committee in the manager's absence.
• Identify policy exceptions, document discrepancies, and assess relationship strengths and weaknesses.
• Accompany relationship managers on customer calls and site visits as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Seven or more years of credit analysis experience in banking.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, ratios, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
