What you will do

• Deliver technical assistance to employees via face-to-face, phone, email, and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of network, hardware, and software problems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Resolve basic technical issues following established company guidelines.
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure support operations meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of desktop, laptop, and network systems troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and technologies.
• Understanding of information security principles and standards.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Hampshire, UK.
