• Serve as the primary point of contact for facility vendor activities, including soliciting quotes and evaluating contract options.
• Assist with contractor budget development, track expenditures, and reconcile accounts to ensure fiscal goals are met.
• Validate and process department invoices and manage purchase requisitions for vendor services.
• Coordinate facility projects by establishing objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with the Safety Specialist to conduct inspections and maintain a zero-accident workplace environment.

Требования

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or Facilities Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in facility operations or maintenance.
• Proven experience with building management systems and critical facility or data center environments.
• Strong knowledge of building methods, codes, and contract management practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Must be able to work onsite in Folsom, CA.
