What you will do

• Manage and support Office Managers across Americas field offices.
• Oversee daily facilities operations to ensure safe and functional office environments.
• Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and service providers for maintenance and facility support.
• Manage end-to-end vendor processes including contract negotiations and invoice approvals.
• Oversee field office construction projects, renovations, and space reconfigurations.
• Track regional facilities budgets and site cost reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven facilities or office management experience supporting multiple locations.
• Experience managing or leading Office Managers in a distributed environment.
• Experience managing construction projects, office buildouts, and workplace changes.
• Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as Jira and SharePoint.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently.
