What you will do

• Manage day-to-day retail facilities maintenance across all trades for retail locations, corporate offices, campuses, and distribution centers.
• Supervise the Facilities Lead and Facilities Coordinator and ensure preventive maintenance and work orders meet brand standards.
• Ensure compliance for life safety systems and regulated equipment (fire/life safety, alarm monitoring, elevators) via inspections, testing, certifications, and corrective actions.
• Own work order management system integrity and use analytics to report on service performance, identify trends, and drive process improvements and cost avoidance.
• Manage SLAs with service providers, support RFP development, vendor selection, and contract negotiations; review and approve R&M proposals and invoices.
• Oversee facilities support for new store openings, renovations, and small works projects; coordinate studio closures and related operational activities.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of facilities management, project management, and construction management experience.
• Experience managing large budgets and forecasts with strong reporting for capital and expense projects.
• Ability to manage and coordinate retail facilities maintenance and repair with service providers.
• Experience preparing RFPs and preventive maintenance contracts; ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communication and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, and related tools); ability to read and interpret blueprints and contract documents.
• Ability to travel 30–40% within the U.S. and Canada and work occasional irregular hours for after-hours/weekend emergency requests.
