What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design of the integrated workflows platform from concept to production.
• Translate technical concepts like REST APIs, authentication, and webhooks into intuitive user experiences.
• Design reusable patterns and frameworks for consistent integration across product teams.
• Collaborate with IAM and engineering teams to manage permissions, data flow, and security configurations.
• Mentor designers and influence product strategy through platform-level systems thinking.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on platform direction and success metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience in complex enterprise or platform-based SaaS.
• Proven ability to design scalable systems and frameworks.
• Deep understanding of APIs, authentication, authorization, and data flow design.
• Exceptional systems thinking and ability to anticipate edge cases.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering on technically deep problems.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience designing integration platforms or workflow orchestration systems.
• Background in designing workflows for AI agents and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Experience with admin or developer-facing product interfaces.
• Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, or governance.
