What you will do

• Lead the full user-centered design process from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
• Drive cross-cutting product design initiatives and improve design system consistency.
• Collaborate with product triads and engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Conduct user interviews, usability studies, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other designers to foster a human-first design culture.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops to unlock innovation and align stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in UX, UI, or product design.
• Strong understanding of design processes for enterprise software, PAAS, and on-prem applications.
• Proficiency in Figma and AI-assisted design tools.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience working with cloud, on-prem, or hybrid data platforms.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for data streaming, data engineering, or machine learning applications.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
• Active interest and experimentation with AI-driven design workflows.
