What you will do

• Own end-to-end design within a product trio, from problem framing to final delivery.
• Ship AI-powered features that assist IT teams in planning, risk assessment, and project execution.
• Transform complex, technical workflows into intuitive experiences suitable for enterprise scale.
• Partner closely with PMs and engineers to maintain design quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Validate design decisions using prototypes, usage data, and support insights.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure product coherence.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Proven experience shipping enterprise B2B SaaS products.
• Required: Experience designing for technical audiences such as IT admins or infrastructure tools.
• Demonstrable experience shipping AI-powered features in a production environment.
• Active fluency in AI tooling (e.g., v0, Cursor, Claude) for daily design workflows.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design for complex edge states.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365 or cloud migration contexts.
