What you will do

• Define and execute UX/UI strategy for critical product roadmap areas.
• Lead product direction as a partner to engineering and product leadership.
• Design and implement AI-powered features and intelligent workflows.
• Oversee the evolution and scalability of the company design system.
• Conduct user research to identify new software opportunities and inform long-term strategy.
• Mentor designers and foster a design-driven culture across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Visa sponsorship is not available
• Proven track record in product design leadership for SaaS products.
• Experience with 0→1 product launches and defining product vision.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate design and development workflows.
• Strong ability to communicate strategy and vision to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude Design and Claude code.
• Thought leadership in the design community through publications or presentations.
