What you will do

• Conduct direct user research with procurement, finance, and security stakeholders at global enterprises.
• Own product areas end-to-end, from early problem discovery to high-quality shipped features.
• Collaborate daily with product and engineering teams to solve complex workflow challenges.
• Design intuitive patterns for high-stakes enterprise processes involving multiple personas and risk factors.
• Contribute to and evolve the company's design language and systems.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in-person in London 3 days per week (Tue-Thu).
• Proven experience in product design within high-growth, complex environments.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and align stakeholders on design decisions.
• Pragmatic approach to balancing design craft with shipping momentum.
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing research and cross-functional collaboration.
