What you will do

• Direct sales and daily operational activities of the banking center, including lending, new accounts, and cashiering.
• Develop and manage the banking center business plan and annual budget in coordination with Regional Management.
• Drive business growth by generating new leads and maintaining relationships with small business customers.
• Lead, coach, and mentor staff, managing performance evaluations and providing training on sales and service.
• Ensure the protection of bank assets by enforcing compliance with operational audit procedures.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on hiring, promotions, and personnel management decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Southlake, Texas
• 3 to 10 years of experience in bank management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to manage a sales force and execute operational strategies.
• Experience in supervising subordinate supervisors and retail staff.
