What you will do

• Prospect, market, sell, and implement commercial depository services and treasury management products to healthcare clients.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships to grow working capital and treasury business.
• Develop and present tailored treasury strategies, proposals, and profitability analyses.
• Coordinate the full client lifecycle, including deal development, onboarding, and service handoff.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams for execution.
• Act as a liaison between customers and service departments to resolve complex implementation and service issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in treasury management product sales or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Thorough knowledge of banking, cash management products, and bank operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in PC and software applications.
• Must be based in or able to work in Dallas, TX.

Nice to have

• Certified Cash Management (CCM) certification.
