Salary: $250,000 – $350,000

What you will do

• Execute buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, including financial and business due diligence.
• Drive business development by networking with prospects and converting them into long-term revenue-producing clients.
• Analyze historical and projected financial data to identify trends, risks, and working capital considerations.
• Manage and mentor execution teams, providing real-time feedback and guidance on transaction deliverables.
• Lead the negotiation of contracts and agreements while providing strategic insights to clients.
• Oversee the day-to-day execution of valuations and due diligence reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and an MBA are required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
• Active FINRA Series 63 and 7 or 79 licenses (or in active pursuance).
• Proven experience leading teams of VPs, associates, and analysts in an onsite environment.
• Ability to perform 100% of job duties in the office.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
