What you will do

• Partner with GTM leaders to drive organizational design and scale team structures.
• Provide leadership coaching to senior technical and business leaders.
• Develop talent strategies focusing on performance, retention, and succession planning.
• Improve organizational health and leadership capability across distributed teams.
• Manage employee experience, including onboarding and engagement.
• Collaborate with the broader People team to evolve infrastructure and operating models.

Requirements

• Director-equivalent BP experience, Head of People experience at a smaller company, or IC7+ scope.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, or similar GTM organizations.
• Proven track record in hypergrowth, startup, or rapidly scaling environments.
• Experience supporting distributed organizations across multiple countries or regions.
• Exceptional written and asynchronous communication skills.
