What you will do
- Own employee relations cases end-to-end, including disciplinaries and grievances.
- Partner with leadership to shape and drive people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead change management programs and support organizational transitions.
- Implement performance management processes and drive engagement initiatives.
- Analyze people metrics to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to off-boarding.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a People Partner with a strong background in employee relations.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business objectives and work in a commercial environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing and interpreting people data.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Track record of effective delivery and managing change in fast-paced environments.
- Must be able to work onsite in Holborn, London.
