What you will do

  • Own employee relations cases end-to-end, including disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Partner with leadership to shape and drive people strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead change management programs and support organizational transitions.
  • Implement performance management processes and drive engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze people metrics to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to off-boarding.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a People Partner with a strong background in employee relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business objectives and work in a commercial environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing and interpreting people data.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Track record of effective delivery and managing change in fast-paced environments.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Holborn, London.
