What you will do

• Manage end-to-end SOC 1, SOC 2, and PCI DSS compliance programs.
• Coordinate audits, manage timelines, and maintain auditor relationships.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps and engineering to implement and monitor security controls.
• Track audit findings and ensure timely remediation of gaps.
• Maintain security policies, risk registers, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support customer security questionnaires and vendor due diligence processes.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in compliance, risk, or security roles.
• Hands-on experience managing SOC 1, SOC 2, or PCI DSS audits.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and software delivery lifecycles.
• Experience managing evidence collection and remediation tracking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable tasks.
• Ability to articulate how AI can be integrated into compliance functions.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial systems.
• Familiarity with compliance automation tooling like Vanta, Drata, or Secureframe.
• Background in engineering, IT operations, or security.
