Location: Hybrid (UK). Must be based in Leeds, Birmingham, Edinburgh, or Halifax, spending at least two days per week (40% of time) in the office.
Salary: £67,023 - £74,470

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end investigations into complex and sensitive colleague conduct and "Speak Up" matters.
- Perform planning, scoping, interview preparation, and fact-finding.
- Analyze data using eDiscovery and other evidence-gathering techniques.
- Protect reporter identities and manage conflicts of interest throughout the process.
- Provide governance and oversight reporting on investigation progress to senior leadership.
- Ensure all work aligns with the regulatory environment and internal standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in a corporate investigation role within a large, regulated organisation.
- Proven track record of handling complex and sensitive cases with professional judgement.
- Experience in end-to-end investigation management, including evidence gathering and report writing.
- Ability to analyze conflicting information and communicate findings to stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
- Strong objectivity, discretion, and resilience for investigative work.
- Must be able to work from one of the specified UK office sites (Leeds, Birmingham, Edinburgh, or Halifax).
