What you will do
- Build, configure, and maintain legal tools and workflows including LawVu, Salesforce, and Jira.
- Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including automation, versioning, and system integration.
- Create dashboards and track legal KPIs to drive team efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage external counsel relationships, legal spend, and budgeting processes.
- Lead cross-functional legal initiatives, including regulatory readiness and tool integrations.
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to reduce manual legal effort.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK, South Africa, or the EU
- Proven experience in legal operations or project/program management within a fast-paced environment.
- Technical fluency to build workflows directly in tools like Salesforce or LawVu.
- Experience building automations, AI programs, and workflow optimizations.
- Strong ability to partner with engineering, product, and data teams to draft requirements and test configurations.
- Highly organized with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or crypto sectors.
- Familiarity with financial services agreements and privacy regulations like GDPR.
- Interest in implementing CLM platforms and building systems from scratch.
