What you will do

• Build, configure, and maintain legal tools and workflows including LawVu, Salesforce, and Jira.
• Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including automation, versioning, and system integration.
• Create dashboards and track legal KPIs to drive team efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
• Manage external counsel relationships, legal spend, and budgeting processes.
• Lead cross-functional legal initiatives, including regulatory readiness and tool integrations.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to reduce manual legal effort.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK, South Africa, or the EU
• Proven experience in legal operations or project/program management within a fast-paced environment.
• Technical fluency to build workflows directly in tools like Salesforce or LawVu.
• Experience building automations, AI programs, and workflow optimizations.
• Strong ability to partner with engineering, product, and data teams to draft requirements and test configurations.
• Highly organized with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or crypto sectors.
• Familiarity with financial services agreements and privacy regulations like GDPR.
