What you will do

• Provide independent Line 2 review and advice on product, customer, and strategic initiatives.
• Review and approve financial promotions to ensure compliance with FCA requirements and Consumer Duty.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to enable commercial initiatives while ensuring regulatory obligations are met.
• Enhance financial promotions governance, processes, and controls to improve efficiency.
• Deliver training and coaching to business teams to strengthen first-line compliance capability.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of compliance experience within financial services.
• Strong technical expertise in UK financial promotions regulation and FCA rules.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or Economics.
• Experience working with marketing and product teams in fast-paced environments.
• Must be comfortable working from the London office at least three days per week.
