What you will do

  • Partner with the CTO to define and execute the company's technology strategy.
  • Lead and scale an engineering organization of 300+ professionals with 15 direct reports.
  • Balance delivery speed with solution quality and architectural integrity.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in software architecture and engineering excellence.
  • Oversee the reliability, security, and scalability of high-load distributed systems.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor engineering leaders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, including roles as Software Engineer and Architect.
  • 5+ years of experience in senior technical leadership (VP of Engineering, Head of Development, or CTO).
  • Proven experience with microservices architectures and high-load systems.
  • Strong track record of building and leading large engineering organizations.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with C-level executives.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS companies operating high-load or real-time products.
  • Experience designing architecture from scratch or leading large-scale transformations.
  • Background in B2B products within fintech, gametech, or adtech.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and modern DevOps/SRE practices.
