Engineering Manager (Infrastructure): Leading a high-performing infrastructure team to power web hosting products with an accent on DevOps tooling, automation, and platform reliability. Focus on designing and evolving resilient systems across GCP and bare-metal environments to support millions of users worldwide.

Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Kaunas) or Remote (Anywhere in the world)

Salary: Gross starting from 6,000 EUR

What you will do

  • Lead and support a team of senior engineers through 1:1s, goal setting, and professional development.
  • Contribute hands-on to infrastructure work involving DevOps tooling, automation, and GCP cloud infrastructure.
  • Own team prioritization, translating business needs into technical goals and quarterly focus areas.
  • Identify and resolve reliability risks, coverage gaps, and process bottlenecks.
  • Lead incident response efforts to maintain system dependability under pressure.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to raise the bar for system maintenance.

Requirements

  • Proven people management experience leading experienced engineering teams.
  • Solid technical background in DevOps or infrastructure engineering with a strong automation mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud environments (GCP is a plus).
  • Proficiency with self-hosted/bare-metal infrastructure and virtualization.
  • Experience operating and scaling infrastructure at scale.
  • Strong English communication skills.

  • Infrastructure security mindset (secrets management, hardening, compliance).
