What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure operations strategy aligned with company goals.
• Define hardware requirements and infrastructure standards in collaboration with product operations and design teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure timely resolution of incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Establish best practices, policies, and SLAs to maintain high system availability and operational efficiency.
• Manage hardware vendor relationships, support agreements, and the infrastructure operations budget.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of infrastructure operations engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior-level operations management role (e.g., Head of Infrastructure Operations).
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, including server equipment, networks, cloud computing, and power distribution.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, people management, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must be based in Poland, Serbia, Cyprus, or Georgia.
