Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementation of the platform for enterprise clients from onboarding to live deployment.
• Conduct document analysis, extraction, and data input to train and refine AI models.
• Design AI evaluation frameworks and engineer prompts across the product suite.
• Build internal agentic AI workflows to automate manual processes.
• Gather direct feedback from benefits administrators and employees to influence product roadmap.
• Collaborate with the CPO, co-founders, and engineering team to bridge customer needs with technical execution.

Requirements

• Top graduate from a prestigious university with an exceptional academic record.
• Genuine, intense interest in AI with a portfolio of personal projects.
• At least 12 months of professional experience.
• Bias for action and ability to thrive in high-velocity, feedback-rich environments.
• Strong intellectual rigour and curiosity.
• Must be based in or able to work from London for hybrid requirements.
