Staff Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the AI Surfaces product area end to end, from annual direction to near-term product delivery.
• Develop a point of view on market, customer, competitor, and technology trends in AI governance and cybersecurity.
• Prioritize product outcomes, define success criteria, and make investment decisions in an evolving market.
• Engage with customers and prospects, including CISOs, CIOs, sales calls, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success without relying on formal authority.
• Explore APIs, interrogate data, test solutions, and improve product discovery and decision-making practices.

Requirements

• Previous ownership of a substantial product area or connected set of problems, including setting product direction.
• Experience in B2B products, particularly selling to and working with large enterprises.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information, communicate a clear point of view, and adapt when evidence changes.
• Strong interest in current AI trends and applying AI directly to product work.
• Comfort working in a startup environment with shifting priorities and evolving processes.
• Experience with endpoint-agent-enabled products is required; security or data protection experience is beneficial but not required.
