Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work from the London office required. Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for diagnostics, intake, scheduling, status updates, communications, chatbot, voice-agent, and self-service product surfaces.
• Model user and operational workflows, lead discovery, and translate ambiguous service problems into clear specifications, sequenced bets, and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritise work using product analytics, operational data, customer commitments, support drivers, and AI-readiness risk.
• Use agentic prototyping to test conversation flows, scheduling logic, multimodal diagnostics, and automation approaches before engineering delivery.
• Define launch readiness, go-to-market plans, adoption metrics, and cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, design, data, operations, customer success, implementation, and support.
• Measure outcomes through experiments, cohort analysis, operational metrics, qualitative research, and post-launch reviews.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience owning customer-facing products from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, workflow products, proptech, healthtech, fintech, or another regulated or operational domain.
• Experience owning a native iOS or Android app and shipping AI-powered features from prototype to production.
• Strong knowledge of multimodal models, LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, tool calling, embeddings, RAG, AI observability, and evaluation design.
• Hands-on experience with agentic prototyping and AI-assisted product development tools, plus working knowledge of n8n, Tray.io, Workato, or Zapier.
• Located in London, able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis, and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with conversational AI, voice agents, telephony, workflow automation, decision support, diagnostics, or intelligent self-service.
• Experience with scheduling, logistics, case management, customer support, field operations, regulated workflows, or high-volume service journeys.
