Salary: $70,000 - $150,000 (base)

What you will do

  • Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities with the Media & Sports team to build and manage a sales funnel
  • Analyze target markets and execute sales tactics to drive expansion across existing and potential customers
  • Host events to nurture client relationships and increase awareness of Hive’s products in targeted communities and new markets
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation through negotiating and closing deals while delivering strong customer service
  • Maintain confidentiality and data quality for large volumes of opportunities in Hubspot CRM
  • Provide market/client feedback to engineering and product teams to support future product growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience selling cloud-based software products (preferably in a high-growth startup or large enterprise)
  • Sales experience in ad intelligence or the media industry
  • Ability to work long workweeks when needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer-obsessed mindset
