TL;DR

Senior Enterprise Account Executive (Data & AI): Identify growth opportunities in high-potential accounts and build long-term partnerships through customized data literacy programs with an accent on strategic account planning, value communication, and multi-stakeholder coordination. Focus on prospecting targeted accounts, demonstrating platform capabilities, negotiating deals, and driving revenue through expansions and onboarding.

Base salary: $135k-$150k (Total OTE: $270k-$300k)

What you will do

  • Prospect highly-targeted accounts to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build relationships with multiple buyer personas, understanding processes and challenges.
  • Communicate hirify.global's value proposition and demonstrate learning platform/services.
  • Develop customized account plans and coordinate with internal teams for deal execution.
  • Negotiate and close agreements, support onboarding and expansions.
  • Create tailored data literacy programs including boot camps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in quota-carrying enterprise sales roles with proven hunting and closing experience
  • Experience selling Data Analytics or Data Visualization products to C-level or senior management (MUST)
  • Experience influencing C-level executives in Global 2000 companies
  • Track record of pipeline development and quota achievement
  • Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel 20%+
