What you will do

  • Own the top of the funnel by generating and qualifying pipeline for the sales team.
  • Execute outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and daily cold calling to engage decision-makers.
  • Book high-quality meetings with finance leaders and C-suite executives.
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies to penetrate target accounts.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs and pipeline efficiency.
  • Track and optimize outreach efforts using tools like Amplemarket, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of outbound sales experience or 1 year of SaaS BDR experience.
  • Proven track record of booking meetings and generating revenue-converting pipeline.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a persuasive and clear style.
  • High phone confidence and comfort with daily cold calling.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail regarding CRM hygiene.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Audit, accounting, or finance degree/experience.
  • Experience selling financial software, ERPs, or fintech solutions.
  • Proficiency with sales automation tools like Salesloft or Outreach.
  • AI maximalist mindset with experience using AI to improve prospecting workflows.
