What you will do

  • Own strategic outbound into large UK enterprise accounts via cold calls, personalised messages, and multi-threaded campaigns.
  • Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders (C-1/C-2 level) across Finance, Procurement, and Sales.
  • Develop account plans, mapping decision-makers and buying committees for complex organisations.
  • Craft tailored value propositions based on enterprise P2P and O2C processes.
  • Shape the UK enterprise SDR playbook and identify bottlenecks to keep deals moving.

Requirements

  • Proven SDR or sales experience with enterprise/complex B2B accounts and track record of exceeding targets
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and navigating long, multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Clear, concise, persuasive communication adaptable to any audience
  • Structured, detail-oriented with strong CRM hygiene (HubSpot)
  • Resilient to rejection, curious problem-solver, team player with ownership
