• Manage end-to-end IT procurement processes including software, SaaS, infrastructure, and maintenance.
• Execute national and EU tendering procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Finance teams to clarify requirements and finalize contracts.
• Perform supplier onboarding, performance monitoring, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Contribute to category strategies focused on cost optimization and risk mitigation.
• Analyze procurement KPIs and spend data to identify process improvements.

Требования

• Completed commercial or technical degree or equivalent apprenticeship.
• Several years of experience in procurement, ideally in IT or public sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and internal partners.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
• English: Good command required.
• German: Knowledge is a plus.
