What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the entire supply chain from procurement to delivery.
• Select, evaluate, and maintain supplier relationships while negotiating contracts and terms.
• Identify supply chain bottlenecks and inefficiencies to implement improvement measures.
• Analyze and mitigate risks to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
• Collaborate closely with Legal, R&D, and Sales departments as well as external partners.
• Evaluate and implement supply chain management software and ERP technologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Law, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in procurement, munitions, or supply chain management.
• Profound knowledge in drafting complex contracts and negotiating contract terms.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a good understanding of numbers.
• Business-fluent English and German strongly preferred.
• Must be located in or able to work from Munich.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle NetSuite.
