What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding material support orders and fulfillment.
• Obtain pricing and prepare quotations or price lists for client requests.
• Manage the full lifecycle of spare parts, repairs, and in-service support.
• Execute risk mitigation strategies within the purchasing process.
• Handle material returns and warranty claims in coordination with customer management.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in purchasing, project management, and supply chain.
• Fluent German and English proficiency required.
• Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP and Google tools.
• Must be able to work on-site in Manching, Germany.
