What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the entire supply chain from procurement to delivery.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize overstocking and shortages.
• Select, evaluate, and maintain supplier relationships and negotiate contract terms.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvement measures to increase efficiency.
• Analyze and mitigate supply chain risks to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate closely with internal R&D, production, quality, and sales departments.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
• Profound knowledge of all areas of the supply chain.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a good understanding of numbers.
• Business-fluent English is required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Munich, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite).
• Proficiency in German.
